Birth	The doctor will visit during the first week after birth
6/9 week check	At Surgery by appointment
8 weeks	1st Immunisation, DPT/Polio, HIB
12 weeks	2nd Immunisation, DPT/Polio, HIB
16 weeks	3rd Immunisation, DPT/Polio, HIB
Clinic is held on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month 10.30 - 12 noon in conjunction with the Health Visitor who is also available for advice during that time.
13 months	MMR
2 1/2 years	Check up
4 1/2 years	Pre-school booster
